Destinus is seeking a Data Reporting & AI Specialist to join their team in Hengelo. In this role, you will produce operational reviews and develop strategic presentations for leadership across five European sites.
What you will do
- Produce recurring operational reviews
- Develop strategic presentations for leadership
- Translate operational data into visual narratives
- Collaborate with plant managers and department heads across five European sites
- Establish communication standards and templates
- Use AI and automation to streamline PowerPoint creation
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field
- Portfolio of work required
- Experience in operational or manufacturing environment
- Exceptional presentation and visual communication skills
- Strong data literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace or other regulated industries
- Additional European languages
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environment
