About the job

NTS is looking for an Operational Buyer/Outsourcing Specialist to manage daily purchase orders and supplier communication at their Hengelo location. In this role, you ensure materials arrive on time and help optimize inventory levels.

What you will do

Place, check, and monitor daily purchase orders
Monitor delivery times and act on potential delays
Liaise with Planning department and suppliers
Handle complaints, shortages, and invoice discrepancies
Optimize inventory levels with Logistics
Prioritize tasks to prevent material shortages

What you bring

Completed mbo-4 or hbo degree in logistics, procurement, or business
Excellent communication in Dutch and English
Experience with ERP systems and Excel
Experience in technical or production environment is a strong advantage
Proactive and able to prioritize daily
