What you bring
- 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Experience hiring for technical profiles is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and employer branding
- Confidence working with stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Dutch
