About the job

Delta Electronics is looking for a Facilities Technician to maintain its Hoofddorp site. You will be responsible for the daily upkeep and smooth operation of building systems and equipment.

What you will do

  • Perform routine inspections of building facilities and equipment
  • Perform minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, furniture, and office fixtures
  • Diagnose facility issues and determine whether repairs can be completed internally or require external vendors
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and statutory inspections
  • Respond promptly to facility breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
  • Maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fire protection equipment

What you bring

  • Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor building repairs independently
  • Ability to assess maintenance issues and determine when specialist contractors are required
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Experience in a corporate office, commercial building, or industrial environment is preferred
