Get E is looking for a Global Transfers Operations Specialist to coordinate ground transportation for airline crews and clients. This role involves managing bookings, resolving disruptions, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Coordinate ground transportation bookings for airline crews and clients
• Resolve delays, schedule changes, and last-minute requests with suppliers
• Monitor journeys and manage disruptions
• Consider crew duty times and rest requirements
• Ensure booking details and supplier information are accurate
• Communicate with clients, crews, and partners to resolve issues

What you bring

• Fluent English
• Experience in airline operations, travel, logistics, transportation, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Ability to stay calm and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for rotating morning and evening shifts including weekends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dutch HBO-level preferred

• Experience with suppliers or booking systems
