Get E is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead its engineering organisation in Hoofddorp. You will manage teams across engineering, DevOps, and data, and translate the company's vision into actionable plans. This hybrid role involves working with architects and product teams on scalable solutions while also handling external IT suppliers and subsidy processes.

What you will do

Lead engineering organisation of 15+ people
Manage engineering, DevOps, and data teams
Communicate vision and translate into actionable plans
Work with architect and product team on scalable solutions
Act as point of contact for external IT suppliers
Manage subsidy processes such as WBSO

What you bring

Led engineering organisation in scale-up or mid-sized tech company
Technical knowledge to challenge engineering, DevOps, and data teams
Strong sense of when to build properly vs. when speed matters
Willing to use intuition and experience, not solely data
Comfortable with conflict and making decisions under uncertainty
Experience in scale-up or startup environment
