Destinus is seeking a Technical Documentation / S1000D Specialist to join their team in Katwijk aan Zee. In this role, you will develop and manage technical documentation using S1000D standards, supporting cutting-edge aerospace projects.

What you will do

Develop and manage technical documentation using S1000D standards
Establish and improve technical publications capability
Create operator manuals, maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts catalogues
Manage documentation updates and change control
Support Common Source Databases and technical authoring environments
Collaborate with engineering, ILS, and configuration management teams

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Aerospace, Defence, Logistics, or equivalent experience
2 to 4 years of experience with S1000D standards
Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals
Understanding of configuration management principles
Experience in highly regulated industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

Experience with Common Source Databases and XML based documentation environments
Exposure to aerospace, UAV, defence, or military programs
Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support principles
Additional European languages
