As Area Manager West NL, you will lead and coach store managers to ensure consistent standards across locations. This role is based in Leiden and offers the chance to build teams for new store openings.

What you will do

Lead and coach store managers
Ensure consistent store standards
Plan succession and develop team leads
Support hiring and onboarding
Build teams for new store openings
Monitor performance using dashboards

What you bring

8+ years in hospitality or retail
3+ years in multi-site management
Experience coaching managers
Comfortable with financial reports
Strong operational instincts
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
