What you will do

Lead and coach Store Managers
Oversee store performance and team development
Support hiring and onboarding for key roles
Build teams for new store openings
Analyze data to improve store results
Collaborate with marketing and other teams

What you bring

8+ years in hospitality or retail
3+ years in multi-site management
Experience coaching managers
Comfortable with financial reports and data
Strong operational and quality standards
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
