EVERIENCE is looking for a Lead Engineer to drive technical execution in the space and high-tech industry. This role involves leading development projects and translating customer needs into robust technical solutions.

• 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience providing technical leadership or guiding engineering teams
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or product development
• Experience reviewing mechanical designs and technical drawings
• Experience with CAD software like CATIA

• Knowledge of mechanical analysis tools like ANSYS
• Experience in aerospace or space industry
• Dutch language skills
