Shift Lead - Leiden (m/f/d)

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Leiden. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety while also performing hands-on tasks like picking and packing. You act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in when they are absent.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
• Coach riders and pickers on the floor
• Assist with onboarding new riders and pickers

What you bring

• Hands-on and enjoys working in operations
• Remains calm in stressful situations and motivates team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
