Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process for two locations in Lelystad. In this hybrid role, you will advise hiring managers, source candidates, and collaborate with HR and employer branding teams to improve recruitment processes.
What you will do
- Manage full recruitment process from intake to offer
- Advise and challenge hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Source candidates and build talent pools
- Collaborate with HR, sourcing, and employer branding teams
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Act as recruitment partner for two locations
What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent
- At least five years of recruitment experience
- Excellent command of English
- Experience managing vacancies independently
- Experience with sourcing and proactive candidate approach
- Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes
Nice to have
- Speaking Dutch
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations recruitment
