About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for two locations. You will advise hiring managers, source candidates, and collaborate with HR, sourcing, and employer branding teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
What you will do
- Manage full recruitment process from intake to offer
- Advise and challenge hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Source candidates and build talent pools
- Collaborate with HR, sourcing, and employer branding teams
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Act as recruitment partner for two locations
What you bring
- HBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent
- At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably corporate
- Excellent command of English
- Experience managing vacancies and building stakeholder relationships
- Experience with sourcing and proactive candidate approach
- Availability to work at both Puttershoek and Lelystad locations
Nice to have
- Speaking Dutch is an advantage
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations recruitment
