About the job

What you will do
- Coordinate operational security activities and ensure compliance
- Coordinate security systems like CCTV, detection, alarm, and access control
- Translate operational requirements into processes and procedures
- Support audits and maintain security standards
- Identify risks through assessments and report findings
- Coordinate and manage external security suppliers
What you bring
- HBO working and thinking level in Safety & Security Management or similar
- Experience or affinity with security systems and infrastructure
- Able to identify risks and translate findings into improvements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Car and driving license
Nice to have
- Relevant experience in security, facility, or operational role
- Experience with audits, compliance, and security processes
- Dutch language skills
