JYSK is looking for a Team Lead Operation Center to guide and develop its operational team in Lelystad. In this role, you ensure a safe working environment and coordinate staffing across departments.

• Support onboarding and training
• Set priorities for inbound and loading flows

What you bring

• Experience in operational logistics or warehouse
• Experience in workforce planning and daily management
• Leadership experience
• Good English communication skills
• SAP knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills
