About the job

Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Supervisor to lead and optimize a warehouse department in Lelystad. In this international, data-driven environment, you will monitor daily KPIs and drive process improvements while coaching your team.

What you will do

Lead and optimize a warehouse department
Monitor and steer daily KPIs for productivity, quality, and planning
Lead daily stand-up meetings and coordinate workforce planning
Identify and implement process improvements
Coach team members and support their development
Work in an international, data-driven environment

What you bring

MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
At least 1 year as Supervisor or several years as Assistant Supervisor/Teamleader
Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems
Good English skills
Willing to work in shifts, including temporary night periods
