Lely is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team in Maassluis. In this role, you will develop and maintain system architecture, translate product needs into system-level requirements, and guide multidisciplinary technical decisions from concept to release.

What you will do

Develop and maintain system architecture
Translate product needs into system-level requirements and interfaces
Guide multidisciplinary technical decisions from concept to product release
Connect expertise across mechanical, robotics, control, electronics and software engineering
Safeguard technical objectives and ensure delivery within agreed timelines
Collaborate with fellow Systems Engineers to strengthen Systems Engineering practices

What you bring

Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Engineering or related discipline
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Minimum of 4 years of multi-disciplinary Technical Lead experience in Systems Engineering in high-tech product development
Comfortable taking ownership of complex multidisciplinary technical topics
Good understanding of mechanical engineering, robotics and control engineering
Fluency in English
