Quantware is seeking a Director of System Integration to lead and scale system engineering teams in Delft. You will own the end-to-end delivery of multi-year quantum hardware integration projects and build relationships with senior engineering leadership at partners.

What you will do

Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year quantum hardware integration projects
Build relationships with senior engineering leadership at partners
Identify and de-risk technical, timeline and cost mismatches across suppliers
Establish and scale standardized engagement frameworks and processes
Partner with Business Development to evaluate technical feasibility and resource allocation

What you bring

Master’s or PhD in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering
10+ years of technical leadership with direct people management of multi-disciplinary engineering teams in complex hardware environments
Customer-facing delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving technology integration and co-design
Deep domain expertise in HPC systems integration, advanced semiconductor packaging, or supercomputing infrastructure
Exceptional cross-functional communicator bridging strategic goals with hardware constraints
Proactive, detail-oriented leader thriving in fast-paced environment
