Lely, an international company based in Maassluis, is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will ensure supplier quality performance meets the highest standards, supporting innovation and production processes.

What you will do

Monitor and improve supplier quality performance
Guide suppliers through APQP and PPAP processes
Conduct supplier audits and evaluate quality systems
Analyze non-conformities and lead 8D problem-solving
Represent Supplier Quality within NPI projects
Advise stakeholders on quality risks and improvements

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
At least three years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality
Experience with supplier audits and quality improvement initiatives
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, VDA 6.3
Proficiency in Dutch and English
Based in the Netherlands
