Lely is looking for a Team Lead Software Testing to guide a team of 7 to 14 Software Test Engineers in Maassluis. You will shape verification strategies and drive collaboration across technical disciplines. This role focuses on improving product quality and release readiness in a robotics environment.

What you will do

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7 to 14 Software Test Engineers
Defining and improving verification strategies, test approaches, and quality processes
Supporting teams in creating testable requirements and data-driven validation methods
Providing insights on product maturity and release readiness
Driving collaboration between testing, software development, and other technical disciplines
Contributing to the development of testing practices within Product Development

What you bring

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
Several years of experience in software testing, verification, or quality engineering in technical product development
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring engineers
Broad technical interest in multidisciplinary systems, software, and robotics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience in robotics, mechatronics, systems engineering, or complex hardware-software environments
