About the job
Tandem Health is looking for someone to join their Medical Operations team in the Netherlands. In this hybrid role, you will bridge clinical expertise with technology to support product rollouts and client engagement.
What you will do
- Lead live product demos for prospective clients
- Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets
- Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams for rollouts
- Represent Tandem at international conferences and events
- Guide clinicians through onboarding and training
- Manage clinical safety incidents and optimize internal operations
What you bring
- Clinical experience in healthcare
- Exposure to consulting, corporate, or startup environments
- Passion for technology and AI in healthcare
- Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
- Organizational strength and process-driven mindset
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Experience with prompting or large language models
- Background in healthtech or SaaS
- Familiarity with EU clinical safety or digital health regulations
- Track record in implementation projects or customer rollouts
