Wat ga je doen
- Support office management team in daily issues to ensure employees and visitors feel welcome and safe
- Order office supplies and manage stock inventory
- Prepare regional and international shipments with courier services
- Check invoices for accuracy and accounting
- Update internal office management manual
- Help maintain office cleanliness and organization, including stock management and replenishment
Wat je meebrengt
- Available to start immediately
- Enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for entire internship duration, pursuing degree in HR, office management, hospitality, tourism or related field
- Motivated to gain experience in office management functions
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 15 kg frequently
- Ability to be physically active for extended periods
- Excellent social communication and interpersonal skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Familiarity with Google software such as Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail
- Willingness to help and support others and a growth mindset
- Hands-on mentality, not reluctant to do simple tasks
- Fluent in English, Dutch proficiency is a plus
