About the job
Clickhouse is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team remotely from the Netherlands. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available systems while establishing SLOs and SLAs for the cloud.
What you will do
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available systems with engineering teams
- Establish and manage SLOs and SLAs for the cloud
- Ensure monitoring and alerting for all infrastructure components
- Enhance incident response processes and post-mortem analysis
- Continuously improve reliability and performance of services
- Plan and drive chaos initiatives across engineering teams
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
- Strong experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet
Nice to have
- Excellent understanding of distributed databases and SQL, particularly ClickHouse
