About the job
Decagon is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives in discovering and qualifying solutions. You will create and architect generative AI experiences for customers, develop custom demonstrations, and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions
- Create and architect generative AI experiences for customer end users
- Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
What you bring
- 4-6 years of customer facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Functional understanding of GTM systems and workflows
Nice to have
- 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
