Sonic Automotive is looking for a Service Advisor for its Philpott Toyota location in Nederland. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience from check-in to completion.

What you will do

Greet customers professionally
Document vehicle issues
Explain recommended services and costs
Schedule appointments and manage bay availability
Coordinate with technicians for timely repairs
Update customers on vehicle status

What you bring

1+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Authorized to work in the USA

Nice to have

Experience with CDK
