EVERIENCE is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms. In this role, you will develop ETL/ELT processes, transform complex datasets into reliable data products, and build cloud-based data solutions.

What you will do

  • Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms
  • Develop ETL/ELT processes and data integrations
  • Transform complex datasets into reliable and reusable data products
  • Build and maintain cloud-based data solutions
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, security and performance
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
  • Experience in Dutch energy, utilities, renewable-energy or infrastructure sector
  • Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Snowflake

Nice to have

  • Relevant cloud or data-engineering certifications, particularly Azure, Databricks or cloud-data-platform certifications
