Avery Dennison offers a two-year rotational European Graduate Program in Operations and Lean Manufacturing, based in Oegstgeest. This hybrid role is designed to develop future leaders by connecting core operational streams and applying Lean methodologies in an international manufacturing environment.

What you will do

Connect and align core operational streams across Training, Management, Design, and Communication
Manage and optimize shared digital platforms and resource hubs for the internal community
Design training materials, digital tools, and interactive workshops with Movement Leads
Apply Lean methodologies to test and improve manufacturing workflows
Explore and integrate digital tools, scripts, and AI technologies to streamline operations

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Production, or General Engineering
Initial practical exposure in an international manufacturing environment
Full professional fluency in English
Foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Lean Six Sigma tools
Unrestricted right to work in the EU

Nice to have

Proficiency in Google Workspace
Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for Apps Script
Interest in AI workplace tools
