Avery Dennison is looking for an intern to support the HR and Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands. The internship focuses on recruitment, employer branding, and building a vibrant intern community. This is a hybrid role based in Oegstgeest for a duration of six months.

Lead recruitment and selection for all internship positions in the Netherlands
Foster a welcoming intern community through events and networking
Support organization and participation in recruitment events
Maintain talent attraction communication tools
Collaborate on projects to enhance talent attraction and employer branding

Student in Business Administration, HR, Communications, Psychology or related
Enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire internship
Very good English communication skills
