This role involves leading the full warehouse operation in Puttershoek for Arvato, a global services provider. You will manage daily performance, drive improvements, and coach team leaders to build a high-performing team.

What you will do

Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved
Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance
Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency

What you bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working/thinking level
Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management
Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
Good command of the English language
Proactive, decisive, and a strong people manager
