Huawei Europe is looking for a Sales Operation and Management Assistant to join their team in Rijswijk. In this role, you will support the development of policies and capabilities for account management, sales operations, and contract fulfillment. You will also help review sales projects and maintain contracts.

What you will do

Develop policies for account and partner management, sales order management, and sales project management
Build capabilities for customer relationship, satisfaction, sales project operation, and contract fulfillment
Support review and decision-making of sales projects and contracts, and maintain contracts
Plan and support key customer contact activities, drive closure of non-technical issues and complaints

What you bring

Fluency in Chinese and English
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Economics, or related field
Relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial management, or project management
Strong understanding of sales processes, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, contract execution, and risk control
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data and business performance analysis
Ability to coordinate across sales, finance, legal, contract management, and other internal teams
