Huawei Europe is seeking a Senior Data Center Business Development Manager to drive growth in the FLAPD and Nordic regions. This role focuses on acquiring new business from colocation service providers and NCPs while managing the full sales cycle. You will develop C-suite relationships and collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom solutions.

What you will do

Identify and capture new business opportunities in FLAPD and Nordic regions
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Acquire new business from colocation service providers and NCPs
Develop C-suite and senior-level relationships in data center ecosystem
Own sales KPIs and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with technical teams to create custom colocation solutions

What you bring

Minimum 6 years experience in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors
Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets
Strong network with wholesale and retail colocation buyers
Proven track record of meeting multi-million dollar sales quotas
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe

Nice to have

Expertise or network in Nordic region
Proficiency in German, French, or a Nordic language
