About the job

Huawei Europe is looking for a contractor to join their team as a European R&D Maintenance Engineer for Energy Products. In this role, you will lead the handling of critical live network issues and drive product improvements. You will work remotely while contributing to the smooth operation of energy products across Europe.

What you will do

  • Lead handling of key live network issues, coordinate technical analysis and root cause resolution
  • Participate in inspections to identify and eliminate risks for smooth product operation
  • Extract and promote product reverse improvements from common issues
  • Identify product adaptability and special scenarios, enhance maintainability, assist in developing maintenance efficiency tools

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, thermal energy and power engineering, or thermal management
  • Solid foundation in engineering, understanding of fluid mechanics, power machinery, power electronics
  • Familiar with working principles, structural characteristics, and failure scenarios of fluid machinery like fans and pumps
  • Strong hands-on skills, proficient with testing instruments and maintenance tools, ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems
  • Rigorous and responsible work attitude, good teamwork and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in designing, maintaining, and testing cooling systems
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to adapt to bilingual working environment
