About the job
Olenex Holdings B.V. is looking for a German-speaking Business Applications Support specialist to join their team in Rotterdam. In this hybrid role, you will provide first-line functional support for SAP S/4HANA and assist users with daily system usage.
What you will do
- Provide first-line functional support for SAP S/4HANA
- Analyze, log, resolve, and track incidents via ITSM system
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support
- Support users with SAP Fiori apps and daily system usage
- Manage SAP user access requests and role assignments
- Monitor interfaces and data flows, coordinate fixes
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience supporting reporting, data, or integration tools
- Understanding of ITIL-based support processes
