About the job

Monday Merch, a fast-growing scale-up in Rotterdam, is looking for an HR Operations Intern for 2026. You will support the full employee lifecycle and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, contract admin, and systems
  • Coordinate and improve the onboarding experience for new hires
  • Assist with HR-related invoicing, vendor administration, and expense tracking
  • Help organize team events, celebrations, and company initiatives
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication

What you bring

  • Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
  • Eager to build a career in HR, People Ops, or Business Operations
  • Comfortable balancing structured HR tasks with dynamic operational support
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
