About the job

HousingAnywhere Group is looking for a People Operations Lead to manage HR processes for its international team. Based in Rotterdam, you will oversee pre-onboarding, payroll, and performance cycles while supporting relocation and complex employee cases.

What you will do

Oversee pre-onboarding logistics including employment agreements, EOR setup, visa applications, and 30% ruling
Facilitate week-long HR onboarding program for new team members
Coordinate relocation for international hires and handle complex cases
Manage performance review cycles in Lattice
Maintain employee records in HRIS, pension schemes, and salary systems
Oversee monthly payroll for Dutch and French entities

What you bring

5+ years senior HR operations or HR generalist experience in the Netherlands
Hands-on experience with Dutch payroll
Proficient with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms, and performance management tools
Ability to extract and present HR analytics
Process-mapping skills and attention to detail
Business fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience in French HR
Knowledge of French payroll
Experience with Dutch 30% ruling and visa/work permit procedures
Proficiency in Dutch or French
