Product Manager - Platform & Internal Ops

About the job

HousingAnywhere Group is looking for a Product Manager to own the platform and internal operations domain. In this role, you will manage the internal Admin Panel, build workflows for sales and managed accounts teams, and drive strategy for platform integrity and risk.

What you will do

• Manage internal Admin Panel and tooling as a core product
• Build workflows for Sales and Managed Accounts teams
• Define roadmap for attribution, affiliate networks, and CRM integrations
• Collaborate on platform infrastructure and data pipelines
• Own Payments & Payouts domain
• Champion strategy for platform integrity and risk

What you bring

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strategic mindset with attention to execution details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cross-functional communication skills
• Outcome-oriented, measuring success by business impact
• AI fluency with practical experimentation

Nice to have

• Experience with event-based analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
