Peddler is looking for a Hub Shift Lead to oversee operations at their Rotterdam location. In this role, you will coordinate between the hub and headquarters while ensuring smooth shift transitions.

What you will do

  • Lead communication between hub and headquarters
  • Close hub and prepare for next shift
  • Support team with onboarding and problem-solving
  • Control quality and quantity for irregularities
  • Track hours, shifts, and KPIs
  • Fix processes and remove blockers

What you bring

  • Availability on evenings or mornings 4 weekdays plus every Saturday
  • B2-level English
  • Attention to quality, safety, and security rules
  • Physically fit for walking and lifting
  • Discipline, organizational skills, and focus

Nice to have

  • Dutch language
  • Previous hub or logistics experience
  • Relevant certificate like EPT or forklift
