About the job

As an E-commerce Growth Marketer at Lely, you will drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven campaigns and lifecycle programmes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the digital customer journey and contribute to the company's omnichannel growth in an international environment.

What you will do

Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing programmes (onboarding, activation, reorder, retention) using segmentation, personalisation and automated triggers
Analyse online customer behaviour and performance data to identify commercial opportunities, improve conversion funnels and translate insights into growth initiatives
Design and execute experiments and A/B tests with the Web Analyst to improve customer journeys, conversion and marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Clusters and Lely Centers to align growth initiatives with commercial priorities and strengthen omnichannel approach

What you bring

3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce marketing or digital commerce, with demonstrable experience in driving online commercial growth
Experience with customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing, and optimising the complete digital customer journey
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms, using segmentation, personalisation and automated flows
Strong analytical and commercial skills, comfortable using customer, campaign and e-commerce performance data
Experience with conversion optimisation, experimentation and A/B testing
Customer-focused, entrepreneurial and results-oriented, able to work across teams, stakeholders, countries and markets
