Sia is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will lead internal AI product development, work on client projects as a subject expert, and build production-level ML solutions.

What you will do

Lead internal team developing AI products
Work on client projects as subject expert
Make architectural decisions for cloud environments
Build production-level ML/AI solutions
Guide Data Scientists to scale models into production
Give trainings and organize events

What you bring

MSc in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, AI, or related field
2-4 years experience building production ML/Deep Learning pipelines
Good understanding of ML fundamentals and domain expertise
Expert coding in Python and one of Scala, C++, Java
Hands-on with database languages like SQL, PostgreSQL
Hands-on with cloud infrastructures like AWS, GCP, Azure

Nice to have

Experience in Management Consulting
German language fluency
