Lely is looking for a Team Lead Data Scientist to guide and grow their Data Science & AI team in Maassluis. In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of AI at the company and drive the adoption of data-driven solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote work.

Create conditions for a high-performing team
Shape Data Science & AI strategy and roadmap

What you bring

Master's degree in a quantitative field
Proven leadership experience with people management
Strong focus on coaching and developing team members
At least 5 years of experience in Data Science, AI and Machine Learning
Hands-on experience with Data Science & AI tooling like Python and Databricks
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
