Innatera is seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer to design and implement compilers for next-generation AI accelerator architectures. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and hardware engineers to refine architectural designs.

What you will do

Design and implement compiler for next-generation AI accelerator architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather compiler requirements
Provide feedback to hardware engineers on architectural refinements
Stay updated on neural network compiler technologies and best practices

What you bring

Proficiency in Python and C++
Knowledge of neural networks and standard model architectures
Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with compiler frameworks for neural networks like MLIR or TVM
Strong understanding of computer architecture and performance optimization
Rapid prototyping skills and strong communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with machine learning compilers like IREE, ExecuTorch, or ONNXRuntime
Experience with RISC-V architecture, especially vector extension
Knowledge of digital or analog electrical circuits
Knowledge of spike neural networks
Knowledge of embedded platforms and runtime
Knowledge of graph algorithms, constraint solvers, or heuristic algorithms
