Compliance Champs, a specialist in compliance services, is looking for a Medior Crypto Compliance Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will develop and implement compliance programs for crypto clients, conduct risk assessments, and manage audits. You will also advise and train employees, stay updated on regulations, and maintain client relationships.
What you will do
- Develop and implement compliance programs for crypto clients
- Conduct risk assessments and set risk mitigation measures
- Manage internal audits and prepare reports for regulators and management
- Advise and train employees on compliance issues
- Stay updated on crypto and blockchain regulations
- Maintain client relationships and liaise with regulators
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, business administration or related field
- At least 7 years of compliance experience, preferably in financial sector or crypto industry
- In-depth knowledge of MiCAR, AML, KYC, GDPR and blockchain technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- High integrity and proactive attitude
