Compliance Champs is looking for a Senior FEC Consultant to lead complex client and transaction investigations. In this hybrid role based in Rotterdam, you will guide junior analysts and translate AML/CTF regulations into practical solutions for project teams.

What you will do

Leading in-depth investigations into high-risk client profiles and transaction patterns
First review of junior analyst files with feedback
Translating AML/CTF and sanctions rules into practical steps for project teams
Identifying bottlenecks in automated monitoring systems and proposing improvements
Acting as a contact person for project leaders at banks, insurers, or asset managers

What you bring

Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in law, criminology, business administration, or economics
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in FEC and/or transaction monitoring
Knowledge of Wwft, Wft, and the Sanctions Act
Fluent in Dutch and excellent in English
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Full-time available (36 to 40 hours per week), part-time negotiable
