About the job
Compliance Champs is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will help clients navigate complex regulations and strengthen their compliance frameworks.
What you will do
- Draft and implement compliance programs
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Plan and execute internal audits
- Monitor regulations and translate into strategies
- Advise management on compliance matters
- Build client relationships and identify new clients
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, or business administration
- At least 10 years of compliance experience
- In-depth knowledge of regulations like PSD2, MiCAR, Wft, Wwft, GDPR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dutch and excellent English
- Available full-time, able to work in the Netherlands without visa support
