About the job
Compliance Champs is looking for a Medior Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will help clients navigate complex regulations and strengthen their compliance frameworks.
What you will do
- Draft and implement compliance programs for clients
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Plan and execute internal audits and prepare reports
- Monitor regulations and translate insights into strategies
- Advise management on compliance matters
- Build client relationships and engage with regulators
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, or business administration
- At least 7 years of compliance experience, preferably in financial sector
- Knowledge of regulations like PSD2, MiCAR, Wft, Wwft, GDPR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Available full-time (36-40 hours per week) and able to work in the Netherlands
