About the job

Compliance Champs is looking for a Medior Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will help clients navigate complex regulations and strengthen their compliance frameworks.

What you will do

Draft and implement compliance programs for clients
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Plan and execute internal audits and prepare reports
Monitor regulations and translate insights into strategies
Advise management on compliance matters
Build client relationships and engage with regulators

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, or business administration
At least 7 years of compliance experience, preferably in financial sector
Knowledge of regulations like PSD2, MiCAR, Wft, Wwft, GDPR
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in Dutch and English
Available full-time (36-40 hours per week) and able to work in the Netherlands
