HousingAnywhere Group is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the long-term vision for search and discovery. In this hybrid role based in Rotterdam, you will lead projects from discovery through launch and iteration.
What you will do
- Shape long-term vision for search and discovery experience
- Lead projects from discovery through launch and iteration
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research
- Use qualitative research, data and experimentation for decisions
- Define success, measure impact and improve solutions
- Contribute to design principles, design system and product building
What you bring
- At least 7+ years designing complex digital products
- Strong product thinking and problem framing skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design craft
- Experience in marketplaces, search or discovery products
- Experience running discovery and validating ideas
- Confidence working with data, metrics and experiments
