About the job

dnata B.V. is looking for a Business Controller to support its Passenger Services operations at Schiphol. In this role, you will lead program management from a financial and ICT perspective and act as the primary finance business partner for the operational team.

What you will do

  • Lead program management activities from financial and ICT perspective
  • Act as primary finance business partner for Passenger Services Operations
  • Provide financial insights, scenario modeling and strategic recommendations
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
  • Deliver management reporting and create dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

What you bring

  • 8-12 years experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
  • Experience supporting operational businesses with workforce and customer-facing activities
  • Proven track record partnering with senior operational stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Analytical and commercially minded

Nice to have

  • Experience in aviation, logistics, transportation, hospitality or other operational environments
  • Experience managing and developing finance professionals
  • Professional finance qualification
