dnata B.V. is looking for a Business Controller to support its Passenger Services operations at Schiphol. In this role, you will lead program management from a financial and ICT perspective and act as the primary finance business partner for the operational team.

What you will do

Lead program management activities from financial and ICT perspective
Act as primary finance business partner for Passenger Services Operations
Provide financial insights, scenario modeling and strategic recommendations
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
Deliver management reporting and create dashboards
Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

What you bring

8-12 years experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
Experience supporting operational businesses with workforce and customer-facing activities
Proven track record partnering with senior operational stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Fluent in Dutch and English
Analytical and commercially minded

Nice to have

Experience in aviation, logistics, transportation, hospitality or other operational environments
Experience managing and developing finance professionals
Professional finance qualification
