Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Associate Director Accounts Payable to lead and develop a large AP organization. You will own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and drive operational excellence through process and system improvements. This role is based onsite in Sevenum.
What you will do
- Lead and develop a large AP organization
- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations
- Drive operational excellence through process and system improvements
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other departments
- Lead change and transformation initiatives
What you bring
- 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience with leadership in complex setups
- Strong people leader with team structuring and talent development skills
- Hands-on mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems and automation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- German language skills
