Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Associate Director of Consolidation and Reporting to lead financial closing processes across the group. This role ensures IFRS compliance, drives inventory accounting, and oversees non-financial reporting aligned with CSRD/ESRS requirements.

What you will do

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group
Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate results
Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements
Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
Prepare the consolidated annual report
Provide strategic input and guidance for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters

What you bring

Extensive experience in financial reporting with audit background and international scope
Strong IFRS knowledge
CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
Comfortable navigating across departments and engaging with diverse stakeholders
English proficiency required
Care about accuracy, structure, and enabling better business decisions through data

Nice to have

ESRS/CSRD familiarity
Dutch or German language
