About the job
Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Expert Indirect Procurement to manage sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services. You will partner with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Manage sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Support supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management
- Contribute to commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and identify cost savings
What you bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent vocational training and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related function
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- Proficient with data and MS Office, especially Excel
- Effective communication in English
Nice to have
- Dutch or German language skills
